I Can Feel The Sun Making The Seeds In My Heart Begin To Grow...
Last weekend I went to Windrush Gardens, which is connected to the Rural Life Museum in Baton Rouge. It was one of my first real Spring-time outings this year and while I was there I realized how badly I was in need such outings! I felt my soul beginning to stir and awaken after a long winter. Here are some pictures to show you why...
I was born and raised in Baton Rouge. I have a twin sister named Regan. My mother is my hero. She is beautiful, strong, and courageous. My dad lives in Kansas, and has written a book which he's trying to get published.
I teach art to fifth and sixth graders in Donaldsonville, Louisiana.
I love making art more than anything in the world. It is my salvation.

I'm longing for the flowers to bloom here, of course, with three feet of snow still on the ground, it might be a while.
"the seeds in my heart" I love that!
I really like the photos. They are lovely and trandsend me to a time of relaxation and contemplation.
