Curling up in his favorite quilt, he dreamed of foreign lands. He dreamed of floating on a crystal sea. He dreamed of foxes and hedge hogs in a bright green forest. He dreamed of me.

Hi Erin - thanks for the message you left on my blog! I actually had contacted Heather yesterday - I saw her post about the etsy kidness blog. I think she might feature me. It's great that we have the ability to make some changes and help others in the world with our blogs and etsy sites etc...I hope to do this on a regular basis! I love your work btw! all the best, Abby
I was born and raised in Baton Rouge. I have a twin sister named Regan. My mother is my hero. She is beautiful, strong, and courageous. My dad lives in Kansas, and has written a book which he's trying to get published.
I teach art to fifth and sixth graders in Donaldsonville, Louisiana.
I love making art more than anything in the world. It is my salvation.

I love the sentiment of this photo. Its beautiful, whimsical and reminds me of the nights when my husband is away and I miss him terribly.
